Mapping (MSA)

This figure presents a mind-mapped response to the pre- and post-crit interviews and focus groups in the Mackintosh School of Architecture. Developed through TRACE, it draws on repeated listening to audio recordings rather than transcript coding. This was a way to stay close to tone, rhythm, and atmosphere. The drawing constructs meaning through representing, connections and tensions, which shaped how the crit was experienced and understood.
